CNC Automatic Golf Clubs testing machine
Model:CF-GB86A
Product Applications:
Inspection of various materials used in golf club heads, including their structure, striking surface, baseplate, welding areas, and integration quality.
Comprehensive inspection of completed golf club assemblies.
Working Principle:
Compressed air is used to shoot a ball, which impacts the striking surface of the golf club head.
The pressure of the compressed air can be adjusted to change the speed of the ball.
A golf ball recovery system allows the ball to re-enter the launching mechanism, enabling automated operation.
The system automatically stops when the golf club fractures, as the clamping mechanism has a sensor switch that detects the lack of collision between the club and the test ball, triggering the shutdown.
When a test ball breaks, the broken ball ejection mechanism, equipped with a photoelectric sensor switch, detects a jam caused by the broken ball and automatically removes it.
